We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Susan Gaunt Boutique, but if you are not entirely satisfied please e-mail us at info@susangauntboutique.com with details and return the item within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will provide you with a tracking number and insure your goods. The parcel will be your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you return items to us, please ensure that you enclose your order details, name and address and state whether you require a refund or an exchange

Items should be returned unused and with all tags and original packaging attached. Returns that are dirty or damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.


Exchanges are only offered for different sizes of the same item. Exchanges are free of delivery charges if you are based in the UK.

All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned to us for exchange unless otherwise indicated.


Postage and packaging costs on any returned items are not refundable, unless goods were delivered faulty or the order was cancelled.

Please note, card refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement due to the processing times between card issuers.

Defective or Damaged goods

If on delivery, goods are found to be defective or damaged please contact us in writing by email within 10 days, or no liability can be accepted.

We will offer you a refund of the full purchase price, including delivery cost or an exchange for the same item and same size (subject to availability), if goods have been delivered with a fault.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
